Description
Liquid Sunshine is a collaboration between Swiss and Maldivian partners to increase value from fish processing while cutting costs and emissions. By extracting fish oil from tuna processing waste (waste valorization), enhancing energy efficiency, and reducing carbon emissions, the project will strengthen competitiveness in international markets while supporting sustainable fisheries development.
