The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) and the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE) have been managing and jointly funding the REPIC platform since 2004.

The directors of these federal offices are responsible for the strategic direction. The REPIC Steering Group decides on the activities to be undertaken, the investment of budgeted funds and the support (or refusal) of each individual project by consensus.
