Submissions
You can submit your outlines and proposals at any given time.
Applications are processed on an ongoing basis and assessed by the steering group several times a year. Outlines are processed on an ongoing basis upon receipt. Regarding proposals, to ensure that they can be assessed at the next steering committee group meeting, these should be submitted at least before the following dates:

24 June 2026
7 September 2026
