Description	This project involves a “Wind Park“ feasibility study in the port of Constantza, Romania. By taking advantage of favourable wind conditions, a year long detailed evaluation on the wind velocity rate was made. The study provided information on whether the site is suitable for a wind park; which would be the first of its kind in Romania.
