The application for project proposals to the REPIC Platform usually occurs in a two.step process. For a first project support access clearance, a project outline is required. Based on this outline, the REPIC Platform decides if it will consider this project for support. The goal of the project outline is to clearly and quickly determine the REPIC Platform support possibilities and to keep the invested efforts within limits. The decision to consider a project for support is made by the REPIC steering group. Upon the decision to accept the proposal for consideration, first recommendations for required changes in the project proposal are made.

The REPIC Platform makes a decision for financial support based on the project proposal. The decision of support by the REPIC Platform will be communicated and justified in written form and is final. The terms and conditions for project support by the REPIC Platform will be defined in a contract. The project documents can be downloaded here, completed and then sent to the REPIC secretariat. Proposals relevant to REPIC which have been previously sent to different governmental agencies involved, will be automatically transmitted to the REPIC secretariat.
